Sunset - before and after

My Dad - Black and White Wednesday

Last Monday my Dad had operation on his eye. He has glaucoma. We don't know yet if it helped or not, so please say a little prayer for my Dad, I love him lots

Trees - In a Yellow House

Today's theme In a Yellow House is Trees.

This one was taken from the gardens in Powerscourt, there is many different kinds of plant and trees in that place. It's a great day out if you ever going to visit Ireland.

First day at school

School in Ireland starts in September, so we still have another week of holidays.

This photo was taken on the first day of school few years ago, she couldn't wait to start school.

Pink Swimming Goggles - RAW(e)

Only last year Christine couldn't really swim. She was even afraid to put her head under water. I enrolled her into swimming lessons through the school year and we went to swimming pool on Fridays to practice as well. So when the summer came she almost felt like fish in the water, you just couldn't get her out from the lake, if she only could she would spend the whole day in it.

So for this week photo challenge I enter this photo, she's just out of the water with her pink swimming goggles

Strawberry Story

I love strawberries. We have few containers outside in the garden. So whenever we feel like a strawberry time we can just go and pick few.

It's My Birthday and I'd Love to Party....

So, I'm 35 today and I have to say I am feeling great.

I'll tell you a little story about my age, last month I was over on holidays back home; one of the days I went grocery shopping. Apart from milk,bread,butter and other essentials, my Dad asked me to get him two cans of beer, as a good daughter I put two of them in my basket as well and off I go to pay for my shopping, the kind lady at the till was scanning everything and then she got to these two cans of beer, she looked at me and said: "Can I have your ID please" , I looked at her and started to lough, I was nearly 35 and she was asking me for my ID. It made my day, I was smiling the whole way back to the house. Wow, I must look good for the 35 year old...

Because it's my birthday I am going to share not just one "before and after" but three different photos. I am fairly new to photography and I am still learning but I had fun changing them. They might not be perfect but I'm happy with the result.
